ocwin Platform Usage

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ocwin platform — including the website, mobile application, and any related services — you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced within them.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and ocwin as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform and must cease access immediately.

ocwin operates under international licensing and complies with those licensing requirements in delivering online gambling services to its users.

To use ocwin's services, you need to register and open an account. The following conditions apply to the registration and account management process:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. False or misleading information may result in account suspension.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless it can be proven that unauthorised access has occurred and was promptly reported to ocwin.
• ocwin reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your identification card (MyKad), proof of address, and payment information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to ocwin's inactive account management policy.

ocwin supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Available payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including all major Malaysian banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)

Transaction conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to ocwin's anti-money laundering policy.
• ocwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for security purposes.

ocwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its users. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements set out and must be used in accordance with the following guidelines:

Welcome Bonus:

• First deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → wagering required RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,488 → wagering required RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

General bonus rules:

• Only one welcome bonus is given to each eligible new user.
• Bonuses cannot be used alongside other bonuses unless stated otherwise.
• ocwin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire automatically.

ocwin users are required to use this platform responsibly and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to exploit the ocwin system.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity through the platform.
• Opening or using an account in another person's name without valid authorisation.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordination with other users (bonus abuse or collusion).
• Disrupting the technical stability of the platform or attempting to gain unauthorised access to ocwin's systems.
• Sharing login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.

ocwin reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity, suspend accounts, and forfeit any winnings obtained through activities that violate these terms. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.

ocwin sets a minimum age requirement of 21 Years for all platform users. Registration by individuals below this age is strictly prohibited and is in violation of ocwin's policy and applicable law.

Gambling should be treated as entertainment only, not as a source of income. ocwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its users:

• Users have the right to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings.
• A self-exclusion option is available for users who feel they need a break from gambling activity.
• ocwin can be contacted via live chat or email for assistance related to responsible gambling.

ocwin reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Conduct that disrupts or harms other users or the operation of the platform.
• Failed identity verification or the provision of false information.
• A request from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.

Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the ocwin support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned according to the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to the settlement of any active bets and security checks.

The ocwin platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous and secure operation, ocwin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, or that it is suitable for any particular purpose.

ocwin is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including payment providers and game providers.
• Loss of user data or information due to unforeseen events.

ocwin's total liability to users, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

ocwin reserves the right to change, amend, or add to any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the ocwin website.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ocwin holds its licence. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through the authority designated by ocwin's international licensing body.
